The Opportunity
This position works out of our Abbott Park, IL location within the GES Global Engineering Services Division.
As the Sous Chef, you’ll provide guest service and meals that satisfy and exceed our guests expectations. Assure that high levels of sanitation and safety are met. The Chef is responsible for all back of the house operations including: Maintaining that consistent high quality products are served; Following recipes; Sanitation/Safety and Ordering.
What You’ll Work On
This position is responsible precise espresso/coffee/smoothie service, operating a register and varied tasks including - food preparation, stocking, inventory and cleaning
Responsible for maintaining sanitation and food safety standards at all times
Assist Café team with cashiering, food production, catering and other designated projects
