  • Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced chef - North Indian & Awadhi Cuisine to manage a kitchen section and ensure authentic preparation of traditional Indian dishes with consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle North Indian & Awadhi kitchen section independently
  • Prepare gravies, curries, and breads as per standard recipes
  • Maintain consistency, portion control, and food quality
  • Supervise commis chefs and daily mise-en-place
  • Ensure hygiene, food safety, and cost control
