- We are seeking an experienced chef - North Indian & Awadhi Cuisine to manage a kitchen section and ensure authentic preparation of traditional Indian dishes with consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle North Indian & Awadhi kitchen section independently
- Prepare gravies, curries, and breads as per standard recipes
- Maintain consistency, portion control, and food quality
- Supervise commis chefs and daily mise-en-place
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, and cost control
