Salary: €43,000 per annum
Accommodation: Subsidised at €60 per week (normally €95 per week)

A luxurious, family-owned boutique hotel in the West of Ireland is seeking a talented and driven Sous Chef to join its award-winning kitchen team.

This intimate 21-bedroom luxury hotel is set in one of Ireland’s most scenic regions. The property is renowned for its exceptional hospitality and refined dining experience.


The fine dining restaurant serves up to 42 covers, offering a highly personalised and ingredient-focused experience. In addition, the hotel bar serves light lunches and Afternoon Tea (Thursday to Sunday), alongside daily breakfast service for residents.


This is an excellent opportunity to work within a small, dedicated team where quality, creativity, and attention to detail are paramount.
