Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to support the kitchen operations for our outlets and central kitchen. You will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen activities, maintaining high food quality, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring all dishes meet the restaurant’s standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent culinary skills, and a commitment to cleanliness, efficiency, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day kitchen operations across all outlets and the central kitchen.
- Supervise, train, and monitor kitchen staff including demi chefs, commis, and helpers to ensure consistent performance and discipline.
- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control are consistent across all locations.
