We now have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Junior Sous Chef with a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen.

We are looking for a Sous Chef to lead our In-room Dining kitchen producing some amazing multi-nation cuisine such as Palak Paneer, Braised Short Rib as well as Signature Burgers and much more. As a Sous Chef, you will receive:

  • Salary: £37,450 per annum plus Tronc
