- Assist the head chef in menu planning and daily operations of the kitchen.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking techniques to ensure high-quality dishes.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain standards and efficiency in the kitchen.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to minimize waste and enhance performance.
- Interact with customers to enhance dining experience and respond to feedback.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
