  • Assist the head chef in menu planning and daily operations of the kitchen.
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking techniques to ensure high-quality dishes.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain standards and efficiency in the kitchen.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to minimize waste and enhance performance.
  • Interact with customers to enhance dining experience and respond to feedback.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
