  • Create and execute a diverse menu that complements our craft beer and cocktail selections.

  • Mentor and lead a dynamic kitchen team, promoting a culture of creativity, excellence, and teamwork.

  • Stay ahead of culinary trends and industry developments, bringing new ideas and techniques to enhance our menu and elevate our dining experience.

  • Manage inventory effectively, optimising stock levels and minimizing waste to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • The Person:

  • Minimum 3 Years experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.

  • An exceptional communicator with Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to lead.

  • Ability to oversee and execute innovative, modern, trend forward menus.

  • Understanding of financial budgets, food, and labour costs
