With beautifully-plated dishes, experiential cocktails being served in smoking lanterns, delectable desserts, and the famous red and blue kitchen, Chef Ramsay brings the energy of Hell’s Kitchen to Miami. Serving iconic Chef Ramsay dishes like Beef Wellington, Pan-Seared Scallops, Lobster Risotto, and one of Chef Ramsay’s personal favorites, Sticky Toffee Pudding.
The Sous Chef must have:
- The motivation and leadership skill to represent the Gordon Ramsay Brand and its world class hospitality standards
- Previous experience as an Sous Chef within a fine-dining restaurant
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef within a quality high volume restaurant
- A keen eye for detail to ensure delivery of the Hell's Kitchen levels of food quality at all times
