The position demands strong leadership, global culinary knowledge, refined technique, creativity, and the ability to execute high-volume, high-precision events with finesse. The Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef in menu development, R&D, event execution, kitchen operations, and team training, ensuring every dish reflects the brand’s commitment to innovation, luxury, and world-class hospitality.
