Fistral is entering an exciting new era as we evolve into a
more drinks-led, social, beach-bar inspired destination.

To support this next phase, we’re reshaping our kitchen and
Front of House leadership teams, and we’re looking for a talented Sous Chef
to support our Head Chef in delivering exceptional food and experiences.

If you thrive in fast-paced, vibrant environments, love
creating memorable dishes, and enjoy developing teams, we’d love to hear from
you.

As Sous Chef, you will be the right-hand to the Head Chef,
helping to lead the kitchen team, maintain high standards, and deliver dishes
consistently and efficiently. You’ll take ownership of daily kitchen
operations, support menu execution, and ensure that every guest enjoys an
outstanding culinary experience.
