Overview
Under the direct supervision of the Chef at Table Rock House Restaurant, and within established policies, procedures, and guidelines, assists with managing the kitchen operations at both Table Rock House Restaurant and Table Rock Bistro and Wine Bar. Ensures that safety and operational practices and procedures are understood, implemented, and adhered to. Ensures that the highest level of food quality and customer service is being offered to visitors at all times and all operational and administrative requirements are fulfilled to the Niagara Parks Commission and Department Standards.
Niagara Parks offers a salary of $63,727.53 to $76,136.23 per annum as well as a comprehensive benefits package and defined benefit pension plan.
