  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes
  • Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate kitchen tasks
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and stock management
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
  • Help create new menu items and specials

Qualifications

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Asian cuisine, heavy lifting, attention to detail, kitchen hygiene, written and verbal communication.
