- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate kitchen tasks
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Manage inventory, including ordering and stock management
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Help create new menu items and specials
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Asian cuisine, heavy lifting, attention to detail, kitchen hygiene, written and verbal communication.
