Sous Chef


OUMI is seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to support maintaining high kitchen standards and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong culinary expertise with leadership capabilities to consistently deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and execution of Japanese cuisine.
  • Ensure all food handling, hygiene, and safety practices comply with NEA regulations.
  • Maintain the quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes in accordance with company and Chef-approved recipes.
  • Verify that all ingredients received are accurate in quantity and stored under proper conditions.
  • Deliver dishes of the highest quality within required service timelines.
