Ivar's, the premier seafood restaurant company in the Pacific Northwest, is now hiring a full-time sous chef with high-volume experience to join the kitchen at our full-service Acres of Clams location on Pier 54 in downtown Seattle. The pay for this position will include an hourly wage between $32.00 and $37.00 and a potential quarterly bonus based on the restaurant's performance.

The sous chef hired at Acres of Clams will work with their Executive Chef, Victor Martinez, to handle the following responsibilities:

  • Supervising food production for the restaurant, including prep, cooking, and presentation
  • Maintaining the highest professional safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen
  • Supervising and training the heart of the house staff
  • Monitoring the kitchen's budget
