We are a 2 rosetted restaurant and 4-star boutique hotel with 18 rooms and lodges, overlooking the Stroud Valley. Our ethos is simple but powerful:

Our 60 cover restaurant sources ingredients within a 35 mile radius, works closely with sustainable farms, and grows produce in two kitchen gardens.
