Job Description
The Toronto Blue Jays are seeking an experienced sous chef to fulfill an opening within our Major League kitchen.
This is a part-time contract, seasonal role aligned with the baseball season and schedule, spanning from approximately March 2026 to November 2026.
Responsibilities
Food preparation and quality controlInventory and stock management for assigned areaInstruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of foodSupervise activities of specialist chefs, cooks and other kitchen workersProcess and organize weekly food shipments and restock grocery shelves when neededHelp in the development and implementation of meal designEnsure that food products, presentation, and preparation are of the highest quality, and are prepared to serve in a timely manner
