The Loft at Vesper Hills is dedicated to serving great food and promoting a great dining experience. Our staff prides itself on delivering creative daily specials, in addition to our daily menu, prepared fresh every day. The Loft overlooks Otisco Lake, and in addition to serving our valued customers, we also host many events including, but not limited to, weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, and fundraising golf tournaments. We are looking for a dedicated and creative Sous Chef with a minimum of 3 years experience in the position. Being fluent in multiple cuisines is a must, and a willingness to learn and constantly expand your knowledge is preferable. This position is full time, with an expected 45 to 55 hours per week, with nighttime and weekend availability required. A culinary degree is a plus, but is not mandatory.
