    Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or above

  • Must hold (or be willing to obtain) Food Safety Level 2 and Food Allergen Awareness certificates

  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations and health & safety standards

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments

  • Valid Right to Work documents
