Sous Chef

Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum

Location: RHS Garden Wisley

Contract Type: Full-time, permanent, site based, 5 over 7 days per week

As a Sous Chef, at RHS Garden Wisley, you will support the Head Chef in leading day-to-day kitchen operations across a designated area of Wisley. You will be responsible for delivery of high-quality food, FSMS compliance, team supervision, training, stock processes, and service performance. You will also be expected to lead a designated kitchen on site at RHS Wisley.
