**SOX Manager**
**Principal responsibilities**
- Manage US Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance and reporting in accordance with the relevant auditing standards issued by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), SOX section 404 and HSBC Group guidelines to ensure ongoing SOX compliance for US entities.
- Assist with US SOX annual process scoping and risk rating assessments for in-scope processes.
- Provide oversight and guidance over financial reporting risks and controls relevant to SOX to ensure there is a suitable framework to maintain a robust control environment.
