As a Spa Attendant at Salinity, you will be tasked with the following duties and responsibilities:
- Greet customers and confirm their reservations.
- Answer phones and make/alter reservations.
- Explain our services and the benefits of Salt & Floatation therapy to customers.
- Receive payments from customers and assist customers with billing questions.
- Clean and prepare rooms between bookings and maintain a clean & tidy facility.
