What will I be doing

The Spa Manager leads all operational aspects of the boutique Spa fitness centre and outdoor wellness areas ensuring a seamless guest journey that reflects Forbes Travel Guide Five‑Star standards. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations the role is responsible for the smooth running of the entire Spa department maintaining flawless facilities in coordination with Engineering and motivating a highly skilled team to deliver refined personalized and memorable experiences. With a focus on wellness innovation and luxury service the Spa Manager ensures every detail contributes to positioning the spa as a sanctuary of excellence within the hotel.
