JOB DETAILS

1) Spa Manager is responsible to Manage the entire SPA & salon Operations and achieve profitability targets.
2) Plan and promote special events for the engagement of existing customers as well as the acquisition of new customers.
3) Team Handling Exposure ideally a team of 7 people
4) Responsible to give the required details to the Center manager the top line & bottom line (revenues & profits) of the spa.
5) Inventory handling, Guest handling, solve their queries or provide the required information of servicesDesired Skills and Experience:
6) Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
7) Motivate & lead a team of therapists, technicians & front office
8) Handle customer grievances.
9) Keen on pursuing a career in hospitality/wellness industry
10) Good communication with Excellent interpersonal skills.
