We are looking for an enthusiastic, consultative sales and management leader who will be responsible for the sales and operations of your location as well as cultivating a phenomenal culture leading a team to success. You will be a pioneer on our team helping create the brand's experience for the future. You are a passionate, driven expert in building a brand through the various avenues of managing a Spa.

Manage Client Experience Beginning to End

  • Create a stellar customer service experience which is welcoming, friendly and engaging in-person, across social media platforms and off-line marketing, pursuant to crafting a clear customer understanding of our skin care and body beauty brands.
  • Engage customers in-person, by phone, and all other mediums
  • Improve existing standards and develop new programs to continuously improve the client experience
  • Ensure consistent execution of developed standards and programs
  • Monitor client needs and expectations against service trends in the med spa environment with a view towards recommending and implementing continuous improvement in the client experience
  • Manage client concerns and complaints through direct customer service and problem resolution
  • Engage in direct sale activities with potential and actual clients, with a view towards persuading clients to avail themselves or our product and service offerings
  • Transition potential clients from inquirers to appointments and to purchasers

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create short and long-term creative marketing strategies
  • Liaise with our marketing team to manage online reputation through all online sources which include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Yelp, RealSelf, Google Business and LinkedIn
  • Develop and / or oversee site appropriate content in all digital media formats (text, blog, videos, photos, etc.)
  • Capture marketing and creative content daily by photographing and filming procedures and communicating with patients
  • Monitor the benefits of each marketing effort through reports and create objective data to share with management
  • Assist in planning events specific to the local community; strategically align these events with the marketing calendar and provide direction and execution guidelines to all team members.
  • Develop relation with our vendor company representatives and integrate our brand with their marketing campaign and opportunities
  • Support Website development team and coordinate sharing content
  • Hire, train, manage, schedule, and develop spa staff
  • Conduct monthly staff meetings
  • Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards
  • Work closely with Managers, Marketing, Accounting and PA to create monthly specials, promotional pieces, and collateral
  • Ability to multitask with a sense of organization and punctuality
  • Be a great storyteller and able to translate an understanding of the spa concepts to clientele

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Spa Manager
  • Minimum of 3 years in spa sales and growth
  • Demonstrated track record of success elevating brand(s) and possess an available portfolio of previous work
  • Working knowledge of spa procedures and requirements will accept aesthetic, medical, and dermatologist, etc. combined experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
