Position: Spa Manager Hourly Wage: $38 Term of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week Work location: 947 Seymour Street, Vancouver, British Columbia V6B 3L9 Vacation: 10 days paid vacation per year Job Description Awesome Foot and Spa is seeking a full-time Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa located in downtown Vancouver. The Spa Manager will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high service standards, ensuring smooth business operations, and supporting business growth. Job Duties The Spa Manager will perform the following duties: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the spa Manage and supervise spa staff including massage therapists, aestheticians and reception staff Develop work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels Recruit, hire and provide training to new and existing staff Establish and implement policies and procedures for customer service and workplace operations Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally and effectively Monitor inventory levels and order spa supplies, equipment and products as required Prepare and manage budgets, control costs and analyze financial performance Maintain records of services provided, sales and staff performance Coordinate promotional activities and marketing strategies to increase business revenue Evaluate employee performance and provide coaching and corrective action when necessary Ensure high-quality spa services and consistent customer experience Oversee maintenance of spa facilities and equipment Employment Requirements Completion of secondary school is required Completion of a college diploma or certificate in business administration, hospitality management or a related field is an asset At least 2 years of experience in a spa, salon, hotel, or wellness service environment, including supervisory or managerial experience Knowledge of spa operations, services, and health and safety standards Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills Ability to manage staff and resolve customer service issues Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings if required Proficiency in English is required How to Apply: Please send your resume by email to We thank all candidates who are interested in this position; however, only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
