- Deliver a seamless, luxury guest journey aligned with Fairmont spa standards
- Maintain a polished front‑of‑house presence and engage warmly with all guests
- Ensure every guest is welcomed, cared for and invited to return
- Review guest feedback daily and take action where needed
- Oversee boutique sales, retail recommendations and guest upselling opportunities
- Promote responsible use of spa materials such as towels, robes and slippers
- Support management of casual labour hours
- Maximise treatment diary availability and ensure efficient scheduling
- Maintain a pristine, organised and luxury‑standard reception environment
- Ensure all processes follow current SOPs and update/create SOPs when required
- Communicate key information to the team promptly and clearly
