  • Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring every guest receives a warm, personalised and luxury‑level experience.
  • Resolve guest queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain spa ambience, including cleanliness, presentation, and atmosphere in all treatment and relaxation areas.
  • Support VIP and special‑request guests in line with Fairmont standards.
  • Supervise daily operations of therapists, receptionists, and spa attendants.
  • Lead pre‑shift briefings to communicate priorities, occupancy, and service expectations.
  • Coach and mentor team members to uphold service excellence and operational standards.
  • Support training and onboarding of new spa team members.
  • Oversee treatment scheduling to maximise therapist productivity and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, including COSHH and industry best practice.
