Key Responsibilities:

• Perform spa therapies such as body massages, scrubs, facials, and wellness treatments as per brand standards
• Ensure a comfortable, safe, and relaxing experience for guests
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and setup of spa rooms and equipment
• Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable treatments
• Maintain accurate treatment records and guest preferences
• Adhere to SOPs related to health, safety, and hygiene
• Upsell spa services and retail products when appropriate
• Coordinate with the spa manager and front office for appointments
