Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist for a mid-level position at our Hyderabad location. The successful candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience and will engage with clientele to provide exceptional spa services. This is a full-time role in a dynamic and professional environment.

• Qualifications and SkillsExperience in massage therapy with proven skills in relaxation and therapeutic techniques (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in facial treatments, offering various techniques to meet different customer needs (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in body treatments, enhancing wellness and relaxation for clients (Mandatory skill).
• Knowledge of aromatherapy, using essential oils and techniques to improve mood and health.
• Skilled in waxing services, providing quality hair removal techniques for clients.
• Competent in utilizing spa software for managing appointments and customer information efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to engage with clients and understand their requirements effectively.
• Professional demeanor and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service and client confidentiality.

• Roles and ResponsibilitiesProvide a range of massages, facial, and body treatments according to client needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and serene spa environment, ensuring client safety and comfort during all treatments.
• Consult with clients before and after sessions to ascertain and understand their needs and preferences.
• Use spa software to schedule appointments, manage client data, and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest spa techniques and trends through continual professional development.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of spa products and report any shortages or issues to the management.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are used correctly and maintained in proper working order.
• Promote spa services and products to clients, offering recommendations when appropriate.
