Spa Therapist/Receptionist

Perform professional massage therapy, body treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures and waxing (aesthetic services) and remain current with the industry. Must perform in a safe and professional manner to clients. Provide uncompromised attention to guest/member service.

Responsible for greeting guests, managing spa reservations, and ensuring smooth front desk operations.
Handles billing, guest inquiries, and coordinates with therapists for timely service delivery.
Maintains a welcoming environment and upholds Hyatt’s standards of guest care and professionalism

Holder of an international certification in physical therapy or Spa treatments, with minimum of 2 years work experience as Therapist or Masseur/euse.
