As Spa Trainer & Head Therapist I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the spa therapist operations and procedures and suggest improvements to the Spa Management.
• Lead and motivate all therapists to a level of service which exceeds all guests' expectations by facilitating teamwork and ensuring all treatments are performed in a consistent manner and in the time allocated.
• Provide departmental orientation to newly recruited Hosts.
• Take an active part in the leadership of team.
• Ensure hosts perform opening and closing according to Six Senses Spas standards.
