Job Description

Responsibilities:
Support product onboarding To-Dos on e-comm platforms, maintain and update product listing, refresh digital assets and copies regularly;
Monitor daily operational metrics, provide data-driven insights to stakeholders;
Manage PSI report for online business, anlayse and keep on track key indicators as inventory, sales, turnover rate, etc.
Other finance/billing works, including but not limited to uploading invoices/CNs and track the status, reconciliation with suppliers and clients;

Requirements:
Enrolled at a Spanish university, major in a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in business administration, finance or a similar field of study;
Able to start in our Madrid office as soon as possible for 40h/week, preferably for a period of 6 months;
Proficient in Spanish and Chinese;
Good knowledge of MS office, especially Excel;
Can work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams, departments and levels;
Structured way of working, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
High level of accountability, including the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
Must have the right to work as an intern in Spain by the start date;
Must be currently enrolled at university and able to sign Three Parties Internship Agreement.
