Spain E-Commerce Intern

Responsibilities:

• Support product onboarding To-Dos on e-comm platforms, maintain and update product listing, refresh digital assets and copies regularly;
• Monitor daily operational metrics, provide data-driven insights to stakeholders;
• Manage PSI report for online business, anlayse and keep on track key indicators as inventory, sales, turnover rate, etc.
• Other finance/billing works, including but not limited to uploading invoices/CNs and track the status, reconciliation with suppliers and clients;

Requirements:

• Enrolled at a Spanish university, major in a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in business administration, finance or a similar field of study;
• Able to start in our Madrid office as soon as possible for 40h/week, preferably for a period of 6 months;
• Proficient in Spanish and Chinese;
• Good knowledge of MS office, especially Excel;
