Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding management and employee full life-cycle management
  • Employee Certificates Management
  • Build and formulate human operation plans, work processes, and service standards to ensure legal compliance, efficient processes, and good employee experience.
  • Developing HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
  • HR system data maintenance and digitalization support.


Requirements

  • Enrolled at a spanish university, major in a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in business administration or a similar field of study;
  • Able to start in our Madrid office as soon as possible for 40h/week, preferably for a period of 6 months;
  • Proficient in Spanish and Chinese;
