Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Onboarding and Offboarding management and employee full life-cycle management
- Employee Certificates Management
- Build and formulate human operation plans, work processes, and service standards to ensure legal compliance, efficient processes, and good employee experience.
- Developing HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
- HR system data maintenance and digitalization support.
Requirements
- Enrolled at a spanish university, major in a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in business administration or a similar field of study;
- Able to start in our Madrid office as soon as possible for 40h/week, preferably for a period of 6 months;
- Proficient in Spanish and Chinese;
