Spain Sales Operation Intern

Responsibilities:Order Fulfillment Management: Oversee the daily operation of customer orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.Database Management: Collect customer reports and maintain data accuracy through consistent tracking.Dashboard Management: Update various dashboards daily and analyze data to ensure that all delivery information is communicated smoothly and efficiently.Stock Monitoring: Monitor and analyze operational figures to maintain a reasonable stock level.Allocation: Collaborate with country planners and delivery teams to allocate resources to the requested channels.Sample Delivery Fulfillment: Organize and monitor end-to-end sample device delivery.Other Assignments: Support the country delivery manager with additional tasks as needed.Requirements:Able to start in our Madrid office in February 2nd for 40 hours/week, for a period of 3 months.Proficient in Spanish and Chinese.Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.Responsible and has a proactive l...
