**Spanish Advanced AI Trainer Software Development (FrontEnd Developers)**
As part of our AI Training team, you'll collaborate with cutting-edge models, teaching them to reason, accurately interpret context, and recover from breaks. Your feedback will directly shape safer, more reliable AI used in healthcare, scientific research, and beyond.at they eat. They're only as good as the rules they know and the data they're trained on. - **Train & Validate**:
- Engage in real-time conversations with AI to label fact vs. context vs. behavioral patterns.
- Assess output for both factual accuracy and correct interpretation.

- Deliberately break the AI, document failure modes, and propose fixes to our training workflows.

- Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to refine prompts, evaluation criteria, and recovery strategies.
