Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and efficient customer support via chat and phone.
  • Accurately and effectively address customer inquiries, including how-to questions and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Build strong customer relationships by delivering an exceptional and personalized support experience.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and identify opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and technical aptitude.
  • Being based in Greece or being willing to relocate
  • EU Passport holder (essential for relocation support).
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
