About the Role

We are hiring a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to support an international brand in Athens, Greece! We are looking for individuals who excel in communication and problem-solving, and who have a strong work ethic to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, services, billing, and technical issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Customer-focused with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM systems or support tools.
  • Must be a valid EU citizen or Greek work permit.
