Position: Spanish Customer Service Team Leader
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Pasay City
Salary: PHP 90, 000 gross
Schedule: Nightshift
Work set-up: Hybrid (Office visits are standard 3-4 times per month)

Requirements:
Preferably Degree holder
Experience in Spanish language is a plus
1-3 years supervisor or Teamlead experience
3 years and above in a healthcare environment
Experience with Epic EHR software is ideal but not required
