About this Role

We are seeking an Order to Cash Analyst to join our Finance Shared Services Centre in Pune. This role involves managing end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) processes, including invoice creation for B2B customers, maintaining accurate master data, supporting debt collection, and ensuring compliance with company policies and audit requirements. The individual will play a key role in improving cash flow, reducing revenue leakage, and delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.


What you will do

  • Process and create invoices for B2B customers within agreed turnaround times.
  • Maintain accurate master data to enable debt collection and payment clearing.
  • Perform month-end activities including AR reporting and reconciliation.
  • Reduce Days Sales Outstanding and prevent revenue leakage through effective OTC solutions.
  • Support local markets and ensure compliance with audit requirements and SOX controls.
  • Compile, analyse, and deliver reports with proposals for corrective actions.
  • Liaise with internal teams such as Accounts Payable, Treasury, and leadership teams.
  • Drive process improvements through automation and Lean/Six Sigma techniques.
  • Engage proactively with stakeholders and maintain transparent communication.

Who you are

  • Education : B.Com or Master’s in Finance/Diploma in Finance.
  • Experience : Knowledge of end-to-end OTC processes, accounting principles, and journal entries.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP), Microsoft Office, and Excel for reconciliation and reporting.
  • Language : Fluency in Spanish (read, write, speak).
  • Behavioural Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent verbal and written communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Industry Preference : Telecom industry experience is desirable.
  • Other : Understanding of B2B customer processes, debt collection, and forecasting tools for cash flow prediction.
