Responsibilities

• Conduct Spanish chat-based conversations with potential inbound leads
• Use our scripts as a foundation, but adapt your approach to the needs of each customer.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven success in chat-based sales or comparable sales experience, at least for 2 years.
• Fluent Spanish for client communication and at least conversational English for internal coordination.
