SAP Payroll Configuration Expert


Implement and support SAP HCM Spanish Payroll configurations, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Provide ongoing service delivery and troubleshoot issues in the newly implemented customer environments.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Configure and implement SAP HCM Spanish Payroll functionalities to meet business requirements.

  • Maintain existing payroll configurations, making adjustments as necessary to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Analyze issues related to payroll processing, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions for resolution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that align with organizational goals for effective management of human capital assets.  Provide expert advice on complex technical topics impacting global compensation processes across diverse regions including EMEA APAC Americas etc
