  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases quickly and efficiently.
  • Consistently meet performance targets and quality standards.

What you will bring

  • Excellent Spanish language skills .
  • Very good English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a premium or luxury brand.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive cases.
  • Good computer literacy.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
