What you will bring
- Excellent Spanish language skills .
- Very good English communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a premium or luxury brand.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive cases.
- Good computer literacy.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
