In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional support and building strong relationships. Your ability to communicate effectively in Spanish will significantly enhance our customer experience.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with clients through different channels, promptly addressing their inquiries with care and professionalism. Your role will be fundamental in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support, helping to instill trust and loyalty in our brand.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in Spanish through phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with questions related to our products and services
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Guide clients on product usage and troubleshoot any concerns
• Collect and report customer feedback to improve service quality
• Engage in continuous training to keep up with our service offerings

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is highly desirable
• Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering quality service
• Familiarity with CRM tools will be beneficial
