Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries in Spanish via email, phone, and chat
• Assist content creators with platform-related questions and provide solutions
• Document client interactions accurately in our ticketing system
• Collaborate with the product team to relay user feedback and improve the service
• Provide guidance on best practices for content creation and engagement
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on platform features

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Proven experience in customer support, ideally in the digital or creative industry
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
• Familiarity with online content creation and social media platforms is a plus
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
