In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-tier email support to our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed with precision and professionalism.
As an Email Support Specialist, your key tasks will include responding to client emails, resolving issues, and offering guidance on our products and services. Your fluency in Spanish will be essential in fostering effective communication and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and support requests via email in Spanish
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Provide detailed product information and assistance as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues
- Collect client feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes
- Maintain a professional and positive image of Mercier Consultancy in all communications
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and oral
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience in customer service or email support is advantageous
