Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a position for a Spanish Speaking HealthTech Support Specialist! In this role, you will provide vital support to our Spanish-speaking clients within the HealthTech sector, addressing their inquiries and assisting with their technical needs related to our healthcare technology solutions.

As a HealthTech Support Specialist, you will leverage your technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues, offer guidance, and ensure our clients have a seamless experience using our products. We are looking for candidates who are not only fluent in Spanish but also possess a strong understanding of healthcare technology and a passion for helping clients succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional technical support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HealthTech products and services
  • Document client interactions and support requests accurately in the CRM system
  • Educate clients on the utilization of our HealthTech solutions and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex issues
  • Gather user feedback to help enhance products and improve support processes
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve technical skills and product knowledge

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in a healthcare context
  • Previous experience in technical support, preferably within the HealthTech industry
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
  • A commitment to client satisfaction and continuous improvement
