Spanish speaking HSE Coaches

We are looking for experienced Spanish speaking HSE Coaches and Trainers based in Chile and Argentina.

To be successful in the role you will have:

• At least 10 years of experience in the Mining industry
• Extensive experience in HSE coaching and training
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Based in Argentina

You would need to be proficient in the following:

• Frontline Safety Leader Coaching
• Leader Routines
• Individual Leader Planning and Recording
• Core Safety Leader Processes include:
• Pre-Start Meetings
• Risk assessment reviews and task planning
• Field Interactions – CCVs, Pre-Task Hazard Assessments, Wellbeing discussion, risk discussions, work as done discussions
• Incident management
• Learning from events
