A well-established and fully regulated global Forex company is expanding its team in Argentina. We are looking for experienced Spanish-speaking Retention Agents to manage active clients, improve deposit activity, and increase overall trading volume.
The Retention Agent is responsible for handling existing clients, providing ongoing support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. You will work with traders who are already active or have deposited previously, with a strong focus on reactivation, upselling, and long-term client relationships.

Requirements
Manage a portfolio of existing clients in the Spanish-speaking LATAM market.
Maintain strong relationships to ensure continued trading activity.
Reactivate clients who have stopped trading or depositing.
Provide platform guidance (MT4, MT5, WebTrader, etc.).
