Spanish-Speaking Sales Rep — Cold Calling Contractors

I run a web development company that builds websites for contractors (painters, roofers, plumbers). We use AI-powered tools to deliver professional websites fast — typically within 24 hours.
We're expanding into Spanish-speaking markets and looking for a motivated sales rep based in South America to cold call contractors and book meetings.
What you'll do:
Cold call contractors from provided lead lists
Pitch our website service and book demo meetings
Follow up with leads after I send them a free demo website
Help close deals

Sales training and scripts
Spanish-language website support through my partner
Compensation:
Hourly base + performance bonus per closed deal. Details discussed in interview.
Ideal candidate:
Based in South America
